Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

Seller: Yujigo (yujigo.com). Business name: Yujigo. Contact: support@yujigo.com.

These terms apply when you buy from yujigo.com. “We” and “us” mean Yujigo; “you” means the buyer.

2. Independent store

yujigo.com is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI, X Corp., Anysphere (Cursor), Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Robin Delta (maker of Alfred). All trademarks belong to their owners.

Platform names appear on this site in plain text only, to say which assistant a product is made for.

3. What we sell

We sell digital templates and setup kits for third-party AI assistants. Every product is a download:

• Setup kit: a zip file with a README, setup steps, and copy-paste instructions that you apply yourself in your own account.

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.

4. Your platform accounts

To use a product you need your own account on the platform it is made for, plus any plan, subscription, region, or preview access that the platform requires. We do not provide platform accounts or access. Products contain no logins and no personal data. You connect your own accounts and approve any connectors yourself.

5. Platform features may change

The platforms are run by other companies, and we do not control them. They can change, rename, limit, or remove features, plans, connectors, or sharing formats at any time. A change like that can stop a product from working as described. Each product page shows the version and the date its platform facts were last checked against the platform's docs. See sections 9 and 10.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless shown at checkout.

Stripe processes all payments. You enter your card details on Stripe’s checkout page, not on this site. This site never sees, receives, or stores your card data. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy cover the payment itself.

7. Delivery

After payment you are sent straight to our download page. That page confirms the payment and then shows your download. Delivered instantly on the download page right after payment. Your receipt email is a backup copy.

A download link expires 15 minutes after it is issued. To get a new one, use the button on the download page again. Each purchase can get a limited number of links. If delivery does not work, email support@yujigo.com with your receipt or the address of your download page.

8. Licence

Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the kit files or links.

9. Updates

Your purchase includes free updates to the version you bought.

Each product page lists its current version and changelog.

10. Refunds

All sales are final. If a template doesn't work as described on the platform it's listed for, email support@yujigo.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it or send you a corrected version at no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your purchase. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Acceptable use

When you use a product, you agree to:

• follow the law and the terms of each platform you use it with;
• not use it to send spam, deceive or harass people, collect personal data unlawfully, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• not try to disrupt or overload this site or the delivery service, get around download limits, or post your download links publicly;
• review what an AI assistant does on your accounts. You are responsible for the actions you approve and the connectors you turn on.

12. No warranty

We describe each product as accurately as we can. We do not promise that a product will meet your needs, work with every account, plan, or region, or keep working after a platform changes. Products are provided “as is.” AI assistants can make mistakes, so check their output before you rely on it.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (for example lost profits, lost data, or lost business), or for what a third-party platform or AI assistant does. Our total responsibility for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that you have under consumer law and that cannot be limited.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you buy apply to that purchase.
