Refund Policy

All sales are final. If a template doesn't work as described on the platform it's listed for, email support@yujigo.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it or send you a corrected version at no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your purchase. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How to ask

Email support@yujigo.com with your receipt or the address of your download page, and tell us which template it is and what went wrong.

Delivery

Delivered instantly on the download page right after payment. Your receipt email is a backup copy.
