How delivery works
From listing to setup in three steps.
The three steps
Pick a platform
Every listing names its platform and shows what is in the kit. The setup steps are on the page.
Check out
Payment runs on Stripe Checkout. You enter card details on Stripe's page, so this site never sees them.
Open the download page
After payment you land on our download page, where you download the kit.
After payment
Delivered instantly on the download page right after payment. Your receipt email is a backup copy.
A kit download link expires 15 minutes after it is issued. To get a fresh one, use the button on the download page again. Each purchase can get a limited number of links.
What you download
Every template is a setup kit: a zip with a README, setup steps, and copy-paste instructions that you apply yourself in your own account. See compatibility for each platform.
If something goes wrong
Email support@yujigo.com with your receipt or the address of your download page.
All sales are final. If a template doesn't work as described on the platform it's listed for, email support@yujigo.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it or send you a corrected version at no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your purchase. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Policies
- Support response time: within 2 business days
- Support hours: Monday–Friday
- Licence (Terms, section 8): Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the kit files or links.
- Update policy: free updates to the version you bought
