This policy explains what personal data yujigo.com handles, and why.

2. Independent store

yujigo.com is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI, X Corp., Anysphere (Cursor), Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Robin Delta (maker of Alfred). All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. What we collect

Checkout data (processed by Stripe). When you buy, you enter your payment details, email address, and any billing details Stripe asks for on Stripe’s checkout page. Stripe processes them. We never receive your full card number. In our Stripe account we can see order details such as your email address, the product, the amount, and the payment status.
Checkout session id (for delivery). The download page sends the checkout session id to our delivery service. We store the session id, the product id, how many download links were issued, and when the session was first seen. We use this to deliver your purchase and to limit how many links each purchase can get.
Server logs. Our web server and delivery service record technical request data, including your IP address, the time, the page or endpoint requested, and the response status. Your browser type may also be recorded. We use these logs for security, troubleshooting, and rate limiting: the delivery service counts requests per IP address. The delivery service does not write session ids or download-link signatures to its logs.
Support emails. If you email support@yujigo.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you include.

4. What we do not collect

No advertising, no ad networks, and no tracking pixels.
No analytics, and no analytics or advertising cookies. This site does not set cookies.
No third-party scripts, fonts, or images. Every page loads only files from this site. Stripe’s checkout page is run by Stripe on its own site.
We do not sell personal data.

5. How we use it

We use this data to deliver what you bought, answer support requests, keep the site and delivery service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Legal bases, where they apply: performance of our contract with you (delivering your purchase and support for it); our legitimate interests in keeping the site and delivery service secure, preventing abuse, and keeping server logs; legal obligations for tax and accounting records; and your consent where we ask for it.

Stripe, our payment processor, handles checkout and payment data under its own privacy policy.
Our hosting provider runs the server that stores this site, the delivery records, and the server logs.
Our email provider hosts the support mailbox.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it:

Order and delivery records (session id, product id, link count): 2 years.
Support emails: 2 years.
Server logs: 30 days.
Stripe keeps checkout and payment records under its own policy.

8. Where data is processed

This site, the delivery service, the delivery records, and the server logs are hosted by Hostinger on a server in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Stripe processes checkout and payment data under the Stripe Privacy Policy.

9. Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to some uses of it. To make a request, email support@yujigo.com. We may ask for your receipt to confirm the order is yours. We answer requests within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email support@yujigo.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
